Basha Systems has a special support email: support @ bashasys dot net. When an email is sent to this website, MaQma Helpdesk assigns an automatic ticket to the support request and the email is routed to the appropriate person. Moreover, when the ticket is assigned, you are given a link to observe the status of your request and the action that is taken. This approach is particularly useful for large long-term projects involving multiple participants. It can also provide an end to the interminable emails regarding template support and development.
Project Management Powered by ProjectFork
As our organization has grown, and as we have been involved in more long-term development projects, we have seen a need to organize our tasks and track the progress of our developers with those tasks. To this end, we have adopted Project Fork, an open-source platform for handling project management. It is a true tool for professionals that lets a team divide tasks into milestones and track and management development.
Product Forums Powered by Kunena Forum
For the past several years we have explored Forum technology, creating several internal developer forums, and even some product specific forums for our Nebraska Probate Forms website. However, we have found that in the absence of a critical mass of users, these forums are not used. Should, however, a moderated forum be appropriate for a particular project or need, we are more than will to host and support such forum on this website using Kunena Forum technology.
